WASHINGTON, July 22 (Reuters) – Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said after talks with U.S. President Barack Obama on Wednesday that efforts were under way to organize a foreign investor conference in October to take advantage of stability in the war-ravaged country.
